To make matcha latte, mix 2.5g (about 1 teaspoon) of Matcha Powder with a small amount of hot water and stir to make a paste (make sure the paste is not too thick and try to break down any clumps). Add your sweetener of choice (we recommend ½ - 1 teaspoon) and stir again before pouring in 3/4 cup (200ml) of heated milk (soy milk recommended). Let the latte steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
To make iced latte, fill a glass with ice and pour the warm latte over.
